I really enjoy the dynamic between Jake and Modest; especially now that he sees her as his daughter instead of a random Snake girl/Medusa that emerged from his toilet. Can they get any cuter?

Snow won’t have a flavour unless you are near an industrial site the EPA should be looking at closely. Acid snow (the frozen version of acid rain) can have a faint taste. Yeah, you probably do not want to be eating it either.
Don’t ask where the things the hair eats go. That’s like asking what yellow tastes like.

If warm clothes helps her, that suggests she’s at leasts mesothermic. >o.o< Insulation doesn't reallies work for ectotherms, mostlies, because their heat doesn't come froms inside thems, so they can't reallies trap it ins the same way. *Maybe* it could works to retain heat froms a warm environment, but Rei doesn't really have anies information ons that that she can finds. Rei is probablies overthinkings things. (For instance, she can't reallies move withouts the ventral scales ofs her tail exposeds to the snow, anyways, if we's thinking this biologicallies.)
