– I’m finally feeling better. Thanks!

– Out of nowhere, a new Modest Medusa Kickstarter! Starting today and continuing until early next Saturday the 10th I’m running a Kickstarter campaign for the new Modest Medusa coloring book! It’s called Modest Medusa Learns to Color, and you can find out all about it on the Kickstarter page. This is a short Kickstarter. It’s only 5 days! The idea is to quickly collect money for the project so it can be printer and shipped before the end of this month.

-Why the hell do I want a coloring book? Dude, why wouldn’t you? The 32 page book contains 25 new illustrations of characters like Urano, the Chainsaw Unicorn, the Mermaids, Marah and Medusa (of course)! Plus a brand new 3 page comic and some bonus activity pages! It’s a cool book for both Modest Medusa fans and people who like to color. I’m also offering a cheaper digital copy of the book in case you’re curious andΒ wantΒ to check it out, but don’t care about owning a paper copy.

– Now wait a minute, what about the last Kickstarter? I know some of you are probably wondering why I’m doing a new project when I haven’t delivered the books from the Season 2 project yet. The answer to that is I wanted to do this Kickstarter BECAUSE the last one has been delayed. I was originally hoping to have the Season 2 books back fromΒ theΒ printer by now, but that just hasn’t happened. I was really hoping to deliver them to you by Christmas, but it’s become clear that we won’t get them out the door till early next year. So I saw a chance to do a small, fun project that could be shipped right away and arrive in time to make a greatΒ HanukkahΒ gift or stocking stuffer!

Here’s the plan. The Kickstarter lasts 5 days. I’ve already worked out a schedule with my printer to go to press as soon as the Kickstarter ends. I expect the coloring books to arrive around Thanksgiving, and I’ll be shipping them out right away. If you contribute to the Kickstarter you should get your coloring book by the 2nd week of December (or later if you live over seas. Sorry)!

– Oh, also… I mentioned that I was doing a t-shirt for the Motobushido Kickstarter? Here’s the art (it will be colored eventually). You can get the shirt by contributing $30 to the Motobushi Kickstarter (you also get a digital copy of the game). There’s other packages available with the shirt as well. Check out the Motobushi Kickstarter page for details.
