       She actually ate Jake’s cats near the beginning of the comic (January 17, 2011), in this comment:

       “Yeah… we have cats at the house (which I am allergic to) but they’ve never shown up in the strip. Lets just assume that by this point the Medusa has eaten them.”

   Heh, Medusa’s pretty brave to ask a Cthulu-ish ghost for a better treat. I’d be satisfied with just not being haunted. But at least she’s very polite. Love her snake’s “bleh!” expression too.

   Fun snake fact – Instead of taste buds, snakes have a set of small openings on the roof of their mouths that have olfactory nerve endings, where a snake can smell-taste a prey animal or another snake or lizard. The ends of the forked tongue fit into grooves of the Jaconbson’s Organ which is where the scent particles are processed.

   Looks more like a corndog than a sucker now. Mmmmmmmmmm… catcorndog.
   And they eat cigarette butts. So now we know, cat tastes worse than cigarettes.
   And even though she’s refered to her hair as a separate entity before, I always find it funny when she does. “We didn’t like that one.”

    What made the candy taste like casts? Was it the fact that it came from her grandma’s house or the fact that it is possible the candy came through a toilet?
