She better not to accidently chop her own head with how she holds the sword on the last frame.
(Actualy on the second to last frame there is a protection on the sword but its not seen with frontal angle.)

I imagine it would be permanent, not because dismemberment can’t be healed from if you’re from outside Yeld, but because the weapon is the physical embodiment of a curse placed by The Prince
