– Hi everyone. I’d like to mention that you can support my work on Patreon or Ko-fi (or by ordering stuff from my store). I’m sure you won’t be surprised to find that I don’t make much. Since the pandemic money has been especially tight, and I’ve had to spend more and more time on freelance work and commissions to pay the bills. Which means less time making comics and art for you all to enjoy. Recently things have improved a little due to several very generous readers, but I could still use your support. If you can spare a small monthly contribution through Patreon or a tip through Ko-fi I’d really appreciate. Your support directly help finance both my comics work and pay my living expenses!
Seeing that she could have said this much just on the phone and that she still had her daywear when she got the call now switched into pajamas, I guess she wants to make some kind of point.
Modest seems really happy with her new power ))
And did Jenny change into pajamas before coming there?
Feels like she could have told her that over the phone.
Clap on! Clap off! The Clapper!
She couldn’t have said ‘Clap your hands’ over the phone?
Clap on!
*Clapclap*
Clap off!
*Clapclap*
Clap on, clap off… The Clapper!
*Clapclap*
Good thing I read the comments before making the same exact joke that two other people just made
That’s why I always try to read through the comments before posting something that seems incredibly clever to me.
And you couldn’t have just said that over the phone? Also, did you seriously take the time to change your clothes before coming over?!
And stuff like this is why we are not to be trusted with magic.
Also love that Jenny apparently was like ” Fuck it, I’m going in pajamas so I can be comfy dealing with this.”
Flame on! *clap clap* Flame off! *clap clap* Flame on, flame off! (The clapper!)
I’m pretty sure Jenny put on the PJs just to guilt trip Jake.
“Look. I’d already gone to bed.”
Either that, or it is wash day.
Exactly that.
Let me guess – she didn’t actually put on the PJs; she just snapped her fingers to conjure her PJs onto her…
Yeah. Jenny doesn’t own clothes.
Modest is having too much fun with this
I’m reminded of the Beck song “Where It’s At” that has a verse about hands clapping.
Bottles and cans, just clap your hands
Just clap your hands
I feel like I made a reference to “Where it’s at” years ago, but now I can’t find it.
You have to keep the nature of the teacher and the student in mind when you teach something potentially dangerous. Mermaids probably have little to no fear of fire. It’s simply not that dangerous to them most of the time.
In Xanth, mermaids and dragons play “Fire, water, sand” instead of “Rock, paper, scissors”, but the rules are swapped. To a mermaid, water beats fire. To a dragon, fire beats water.
This can cause trouble.
Flame on! *clap clap*
Flame off! *clap clap*
Flame on, flame off!
