Oof, hopefully that tooth doesn’t mean its former owner was eaten in their sleep.
I completely forgot about Toothfacer ^ ^ ‘ . Been too long.
Dawwww, and Daaang! Teeth! Shades of Hogfather and whatnot!
Now the story has taken a creepy turn!
All they have to do is wait for Modest to hoover up the bugs.
I wonder if it’s the same tooth facer she met a while back. Would be a good time to potentially put Jake’s teachings that night to use. Assuming he remains more or less an okay dude
Yup, there’s the screaming.
So that makes three of my worst irrational fears so far: giant bugs/bugs all over the floor + collections of teeth + needing a torch to see in darkness. These kids are doing pretty well, all things considered.
Just when I thought it couldn’t get more nope
I KNEW IT!
This would be so much more horrifying if I didn’t feel pretty sure I didn’t know what was going on.
Toothfacer! I figured that’s what it was with last panel, and this (possible) confirmation makes me oddly giddy. 😛
I hope it’s the Toothfacer Modest met before, but much nicer.
This is what happens when you don’t floss, kids.
Snake Hair: *Cromch*
OH, hey, it IS him! Hi, toothfacer…wait, did you have a name?
Those are the bugs that are part of the worm that walks race, I recognized the Millipedes instantly. Also sorry for the late reply, it was late and I was so tired. Anyway the tongue that we’ve seen when this creature was first shown, is that like a slug or something? Is it part of the skeleton that’s somehow alive in a symbiotic relationship with the bugs?
Worm that walks???
Oh sorry, that’s the name of the trope on tv tropes for a creature that made up of many smaller creatures, usually bugs.
They have a species in SpaceTrawler that is a bunch of snakes that pretend to be some other type of creature.
Is everything okay?
Actually no. But thanks for asking. I’m fine. I just forgot about the Friday strop entirely. I’ll explain when I post the new strip later tonight.
