The magical girls could fit down the toilet and escaped – duh!
And anyone who can use a sushi coupon with a sheep drawn on it as a business card and still maintain a thriving law practice has got to be pretty smart.
She’s got you there! And you can try explaining that real schools don’t have magical girls if you like, but…
Modest: So… no magical girls here? At all?
Vice principal: None.
Modest: So… I’m going to have to start the magical girls here by myself?
Vice principal: No, I-
Modest: You’ll help!!?!! Yay!!
Vice principal: *clutches brow* No… we do more familiar things, like-
Modest: Pokémon!! Raichu – I choose you!
Next day…
Vice principal: So today we welcome Modest to our school – I’m sure you’ll all make her feel at home. Secondly, following an incident yesterday, Pokémon is now banned on school grounds. *attempts to smooth back static-frizzed hair* Finally, we will be starting a new lunchtime and after-school activity – Magical Girl Club! *tries to keep smile straight and control eye-twitch*
the comic seems to have taken a turn directly into slice of life territory, it almost seems out of character for this comic, not that that’s a bad thing. I’m really looking forward to seeing where this goes!
It’s funny, because that’s kind of what it started out as. All through teh Yeld arc I had people asking when it was going to go back to being like it was in the first season. But at that point the comic had been about Medusa and Marah stuck in Yeld way longer than it was ever about Medusa living with Jake. So I guess the comic will go through arcs and be about different things at different times.
…. Modest has a point.
Well, obviously modest will be the first. The “Snake Princess”.
But everybody knows that magical girls need cute magical pet-sidekicks.
Come on PM… you’re a veteran. Surely you’ve noticed Modest’s hair.
… you’re the first one, Modest.
Dun, dun, DUNNNN!
I should stop watching sailor moon

They were transferred to Hogwarts after they started their new magical girl curriculum.
That’s the same question I always asked in high school! Of course, I went to an all boys school . . .
In highschool it seemed like all girls were magical girls.

Well duh! Can’t you see the magical girl in the refections in my glasses? If the school needs a magical girl, it just GOT one!
For the love of God Jake, her face, so much emotion that it rips me apart
I thought schools were just to keep mecha pilots and magical girls out of trouble during the daytime?
I know, right?
I hate to sound like a parent, but she watches way too much TV! LOL
