Modest, it’s weird enough just TALKING to you. But I am proud that you have the self-awareness to acknowledge that your head is a Surrealist nightmare.
She probably only thinks that because every example of this trope she’s seen is full of weird stuff.
On the other hand her head is full of said knowledge from tv and games, so it’s a good possibility that it’d be weird from their standpoint anyway.
Crazy people never think they’re crazy, so Modest admitting it’ll get weird is a good thing.

Yep, weirder than talking snakes, tons of little medusae, magic, and traveling via toilets.
I think we’re way past that already.
