The first time I drew Hair playing games (in the strip below) the joke was kind of that there’s no way he could because… no hands. He just has a mouth. I know some amazing players out there do manage to play with no hands, but that seems beyond a snake. But now with motion controls I wonder if he could just get really good at shaking the controller???
(Back then the controllers still had wires!)
Somehow I thought the reveal would be that if Hair asks nicely they can use Modest’s hands or it would be like the empath fights in Sakomoto Days where he’s taking inputs from Mr Sakomoto, but with Hair passing Modest button presses.. Motion controls make more sense.

I assumed that Modest would hold the controller and all 4 of the snakes would play together.
Snakey is good at vid games, cool. Interesting that one snake is dominant of the others.
IDK if he’s dominant. The others just aren’t interested in games of Sammy.
It’s been a while since we’ve last seen other snakes do anything at all, though.

Four snakes with different expertise would be amazing. Until they get in an argument. Ouch.
One of the snakes being dominant is standard for female medusae, increasing in size while the others along with the humanoid torso and skull atrophy until achieving hydra status.
It makes sense that as Modest is “male” — her humanoid component will grow to apparently sexy adulthood, her dominant snake identifies as male
