I think the ship has about 16 crew members. We only ever saw Carlos, Carlos, Roland and the Captain.
Captain Jasper did once reference that you need plenty of Carloses for a crew, so don’t be surprised if Jake reveals the crew roster and Roland and Jasper are the only unique names.
I am still wondering about the size of those pirates. I originally thought them to be around 3-4 feet tall, but now they look closer to 6 feet tall.
They vary in size. Marah is about 5 feet tall, and most of them are about a half foot shorter than her. but some are taller.
