Well, I think Jenny would do just fine, if she could be bothered. Modest would probably get scared and confused. But as she gets older I bet this is the kind of thing she’d be good at.
I think that, if Modest could summon her Luck Bunny, it would be useful in the way you’re describing. But so far she hasn’t been able to do it outside Yeld.

Yeah, even this type of gas station crossbow takes a fair amount of strength to arm. Marah couldn’t do it when they were a kid.
