Happy New Year!
Today is the 15th anniversary of the very first Modest Medusa strip, posted on New Year’s day 2011. The first few strips were a gag, and I never intended Modest Medusa to last for more than a few weeks. 15 years later I’m getting close to the 1500th strip! Thank you all for sticking with me for all of these years!

I remember that I started visiting the drunk duck when somebody I went to on a conference, mentioned a comic on their twitter feed (Simply Sarah). After a bit I started reading others too, among which was yours.
But I tried going to the first strips several times, and didn’t find them very great. So for a long time I just read the new ones until one time I forced myself through the archives and things started making more sense too.
I hope I can support you for many more years to come.
