I think I should have done this strip before the last strip, since the last strip in the classroom kind of puts a cap on this entire sequence. But this strip was actually the original idea that was the basis for the whole things. Way back in Season 6 we got to see that each of the snakes has their own personality with their own interests, that are really just part of Modest’s total personality. I thought it would be fun if one of them had decided that it wanted to develop its own friendships and be part of the gang and distinct from Modest, while the rest are quietly doing their own things.
