– I’ll be at Geek Girl Con in Seattle this weekend. Find me in artist alley!
– If you haven’t tried my sci-fi magazine Combine yet you can download the first issue for free right here. If you like it you can subscribe for just $5 (digital) or $10 (physical magazine) per issue here! The newest issue of Combine (due later this month) is 80+pages and features the first chapter of Zoe Coughlin’s awesome comic The Last Cowboy! Combine is kind of my passion project, so I hope you’ll check it out!
Aw, this is really cute. I hope she actually intends to keep her promise and that nothing bad will happen between them.
Just remember that the start of the storyline stated that this only takes two weeks.
Though if I recall right, time works differently in Yeld.
Leaving Modest unsupervised for two (or three) weeks? Uhhhh…..
But there’s always the “time runs differently here” loophole.
“You can apologize for turning her into stone.”
Says the lying kidnapper who’s never properly repented for any of the atrocities she’s wrought to the little girl who was simply defending herself.
I really hate Jen, if none of you have yet sussed out.
Thought the biting of Deb was provoked…
Jen and Deb were kidnapping Modest, and tried to kill Marah when she intervened. Yeah, they’re both rotten to the core.
Does it mater for Modest that it was justified?
As they said among the Pi-rats: “Please don’t start affecting Racoon”.
Jen is obviously not pissed about it, or she would not be so cordial with Modest. Even ruffling her hair.
I’ve got something to give to the mermaid with the big boobs too.
… Sorry. Sorry… Sorry…. Sorry.
… Sorry.
Considering the fact she’s lied before, I find it hard to believe that promise.
Mermaid Promises are like Mermaid Magic…they are based mostly in lies. 😉
I will totally see you once enough time has passed for you to forget that I promised to visit you.
Why didn’t Jake and the rest of her earth family go after her? And why does she have to leave them forever?
inb4 we never see her again
Really, I don’t think Deb would be interested in hearing an apology from the “gross kid” whose “bug-eating hair” turned her to stone, but who knows. Maybe she had a epiphany while in stone slumber and won’t be so much of a jerk.
Actually… Deb was kind of the “nice” one of the two back then. She wasn’t the one who tried to get Modest eaten by the lake monster for no good reason, after all.
(Unless what’s-her-name really did know about that portal and it was all planned from the start… Hrn…)
Mermaid promise, because everyone knows that mermaids are honest.
See: reasoning, circular.
Personally I prefer the blue mermaids with the medium boobs.
But that’s just me.
Bib Boobs? In “Elf Life” (I think) she would be considered flat chested as a mermaid. For a not mermaid, yes.
