Marah. this is magical land. They CAN’T have a president. There is probably some magical connection between the ruler and the land or something, and even if there isn’t, the society is nowhere near ready for elections.

Weren’t the original horns pointed upward and based further up on her head?
No, actually. When we see her later in Season 6 (about a year from now) thats how her horns are. Something happened between now and then.
