(I just realized I forgot to draw Marah’s horn!)

The last time they saw each other was in Season 3.

When he says “far up in the mountains”, he’s not talking about this mountain (Reacher’s Mountain). Yeld’s geography isn’t well charted (on purpose), but there are some landmarks. Yeld has two main mountain ranges, which intersect. They form a border between Yeld and other regions like the Fairylands, Loh Tabeth and the Leviathan Empire. Reacher’s mountain is part of the Storm Mountain chain. You may remember a reference to Storm Mountain Rangers earlier this season. The house “far up in the mountains” where the Medusa sisters live is in the Angry Mountain chain, which is closer to the Fairylands. However, these two mountains are probably fairly close to each other anyway. In Season 6, when Modest came home to visit her sisters, she runs into a Fairy patrol while she’s traveling with Shin the Shepherd. Those Fairies talk about remembering Shin from the siege at Storm Mountain. They’re referring to the Oathbreaker fortress in the Storm Mountains that was destroyed by Kerrigor. So even though the Storm Mountains (where this season takes place) and the Angry Mountains (where the Medusa sisters live) are two separate ranges that intersect, the individual mountains must be fairly close together. Especially since the Knight of Chains was able to travel all the way to the Angry Mountains and get the girls settled in, then come all the way to the Storm Mountains in probably less than 50 days.

Of course, we also know he’s wrong about no one ever finding the girls in the Angry Mountains. The Hand of Autumn figured out where they were very quickly and sent Jenny there. Shin the Shepherd somehow knew where they were too and visited them multiple times. The ghost of the Princess was hanging around too. And of course the Abolisher came looking for them. So somehow word got out.
