I wish I had a dollar for every time I made a friend without learning their name. I could buy a sundae. Or a chocodile. If there still were chocodiles.

None of her sisters had names untik they met Modest. Why should this new girl?

It’s Beans now. Much like Osaka from Azumanga Daoh. When a nickname sticks it sticks. Which is something I appreciate about Osaka herself. When the new year started she didnt see herself in Miss Yukari’s class because she still knows her real name Ayumu Kasuga and didnt think to look for “Osaka” on the board. Shows a strong sense of self worth in my book.
I love that part. when Marah was younger she looked JUST like Osaka, so that’s what we called her.
Any reason you’re using Livestream? (I don’t have enough experience with Livestream or Ustream to know the pros and cons of them)
It was recommended by a friend, so I’m trying it out. I have zero experience with it though, so I’m happy to take recommendations. I want to use whatever is easiest for people.

I was on Patreon and noticed Modest Medusa had a place where I could support its great artwork. And a Patreon site where I could support the Modest Medusa comic by itself. and another one for the artist. and one for updates on wed. for the company formed for the production of modest medusa. to watch jake draw. something about a bus… yeah, I changed my mind.
There’s just one Modest Medusa Patreon. I think you were looking at my Patreon stream updates. The stream is like a blog, where I can post art, updates and news. I always post new comics there in case my patrons prefer to read them there instead of here. Every time you view content on Patreon, whether it’s an update, news, or whatever, the page also contains info about backing the project/artist. I hope that
s not confusing. You can see my main Patreon page here, and up above the main image (Medusa against an orange back drop) you’ll see the Creations and Avtivity tabs. Click on those to see all my individual updates (which is, I think, what you were looking at).
Also, if you use Patreon’s new search feature it defaults to searching by update, so if you search for comics you’ll see the most recent updates by people who are creating comics. Those updates may be comics pages, blog entries, sketches, news or whatever. You can switch the search to creators and instead to see their Patreon project pages insetad of their updates.
I think I misread Ekans as Beans…. oh well i’m calling ya Beans now!

Nope, you’re the latest. Ekans happens to be the name of a pokemon from Modest’s favorite video game. There is also one named Arbok!
Discovered Modest Medusa recently and just finished reading through the archives. I feel kind of sad… I never heard of chocodiles before, and now they’re gone forever! Le sad!
Anyway, great stuff! I suppose now I’ll do something productive.
