I love how all the snakes turn to look at Sarah. I knew there had to be some sort of deep relationship between Charles and Sarah with their earlier hug: family, or dating, but I didn’t actually stop to consider marriage. That’s actually pretty cool. XD

Most coffee mugs aren’t that easy to break. Modest must have been really surprised.
I’m guessing since Jake and Charles are freeloaders she had to buy it at Wal Mart or Target. (Sorry, Jake, but I saw no indication of employment in any of the previous comics.)
Comic Jake is apparently an illustrator of some kind. We saw this in the first 24 hour comic. Or at least we saw that he goes somewhere to draw every day. Who knows if he makes any money. Comic Charles is a fish scientist and makes plenty of money (fish science is lucrative).

It might be just me but the only thing I see there is a new stain on the floor not a lost beverage… (stinky smelly dirt water)
